Dr. Octavia Manuel-Wright is an accomplished healthcare professional with a strong academic foundation and extensive clinical experience. She completed her studies at Marian University and Alverno College in Wisconsin and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards in nursing and patient care.
With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, Dr. Manuel-Wright has developed comprehensive expertise in both primary care and psychiatric care for adolescents and adults. Her clinical approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a deep commitment to improving the lives of those she serves.
Dr. Manuel-Wright is particularly passionate about a holistic approach to healthcare. She emphasizes the importance of behavioral changes, nutrition, lifestyle balance, and physical activity as essential components of treatment. This comprehensive philosophy allows her to address not only symptoms but also the overall health, resilience, and long-term well-being of her patients.
In addition to her work in general mental health, Dr. Manuel-Wright has a special interest in supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental conditions. She focuses on behavioral health strategies, emotional regulation, and family education to help individuals with autism thrive in daily life. Her work often includes collaborating with families and caregivers to develop supportive environments that promote communication, independence, and social development.

Yolanda is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with many years of experience in providing comprehensive mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. With a passion for promoting mental well-being, Yolanda works with patients to manage a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, schizophrenia, trauma-related disorders, and pre/post natal care.
Yolanda holds a Master of Nursing with a focus on psychiatric mental health as well as a Trauma Informed Care Certificate from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. Known for a compassionate, patient-centered approach, Yolanda is committed to fostering an authentic therapeutic environment that empowers patients to see themselves through their current circumstances.

Tavon Wright holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science with a minor in Kinesiology.
He has professional experience as both a Physical Therapy Technician and a Behavioral Health Technician, providing hands-on support to individuals with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD.
In addition to his healthcare background, Tavon has experience as a youth football coach,where he provided mentorship, structure, and positive role modeling to support social-emotional development, teamwork, accountability, and goal setting.

Giovonna Gilmore is an experienced social work professional with over 20 years of service in the social services field, specializing in clinical practice, case management, and therapeutic support. Her work is grounded in ethical, trauma-informed, and person-centered care, with a strong commitment to advocacy, empowerment, and client autonomy. She has extensive experience supporting diverse populations, including adults, children, and veterans, through comprehensive psychosocial assessments, individualized care planning, coordinated services, and evidence-based therapeutic support.
Giovonna earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee with a concentration in Mental and Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse and currently serves as an adjunct professor, where she is dedicated to mentoring future social work professionals. She is excited to work with new patients to support them in meeting their goals.
